RICHARD D. WILLIAMSON is admitted to the state bars of Nevada and California as well as the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada. Mr. Williamson received his undergraduate degree from the University of San Diego in 2002, where he obtained a B.A. in History. He received his J.D. from American University’s Washington College of Law in 2005, where he was Managing Editor of the Journal of Gender, Social Policy & the Law and a member of the Moot Court Honor Society.
MR. WILLIAMSON is currently a member of the Washoe County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the Western Trial Lawyers Association. He also serves as a member of the Editorial Board for the Nevada Lawyer magazine, the official publication of the State Bar of Nevada. He has also previously served as a member of the American Inns of Court and the Nevada Justice Association. Mr. Williamson began his career as a law clerk to the Honorable Brent Adams of the Second Judicial District Court for the State of Nevada. His practice now focuses on Real Estate Law and Complex Civil Litigation. |
